The compact transformer substation (or compact substation kiosk) consists of 4 parts: the kiosk electrical enclosure, medium voltage compartment, transformer compartment, and low voltage compartment. Each part of the substation serves to ensure efficient and sustainable operation of the equipment.

The kiosk electrical enclosure protects the internal equipment, limits environmental impact, and ensures user safety. The enclosure is made of galvanized or stainless steel with electrostatic powder coating on both sides. A complete kiosk enclosure includes: frame, roof, door, and base. Specialized relays or LBS + fuses are installed to protect the medium voltage compartment.

The transformer compartment houses transformer equipment. This can include single-phase transformers, three-phase transformers, or amorphous transformers.
